'Hannibal' didn't get much press on its first season, but amazing visuals, twists and turns has made this TV series a success. The upcoming 'Hannibal Season 3' is yet more exciting due to a fact that they are introducing a new serial killer; Francis Dolarhyde aka 'Tooth Fairy' played by the 'Hobbit' actor, Richard Armitage.

We followed the story of Hannibal, 'Dr. Hannibal Lecter' and Will Graham (played by Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy respectively) and their odd relationship for two seasons. Now, Brian Fuller (Hannibal Show Runner) is adding a new character in the mix, the serial killer known for his role in the Red Dragon originally played by Ralph Fiennes; Francis Dolarhyde or better known for 'Tooth Fairy' due to the fact that he likes biting his victims among other oral fixation.

Despite being known for being the 'Tooth Fairy' Dolarhyde would much rather refer to himself as the 'The Great Red Dragon'. Dolarhyde is a video editor who started getting obsessed with the painting, 'The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothe in Sun', after which he started target families with a blonde mother.

In 'Red Dragon' Will Graham was asked to return to hunt down the 'Tooth Fairy'.

Dolarhyde will also be a crucial addition to the show much like the main characters. At first Richard Armitage was not really keen on the horror genre, but he accepted the role after the reviewed the show and says that 'Hannibal TV Series' is "beautifully decadent and gothic."

Without knowing anything he accepted the role for the character of Dolarhyde because of Fuller, Armitage added, "I wasn't familiar with the show, and even before I'd read the script I was already saying yes because it was Bryan Fuller. I just wanted to work with him."I knew that the bar was high when I went in there," talking about the performances of Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy and Laurence Fishburne.

Since Dolarhyde will be in 6 episodes in 'Hannibal Season 3', Armitage said, "most movies are maximum two hours long and we get six hours to really explore the fine detail of what it means to be a psychopath, and understand the roots of that, the birth of a child that turns into a monster. It's going to be very interesting."

Hold on tight to your seats and grab a security camera instead of popcorn because the upcoming "Hannibal" Season 3 is bloodier than before. Beledia, Dr. Lecter's bride, might not be a kept woman after all as she shows her own thirst for blood.

The NBC drama, "Hannibal", left the fans hanging after the last episode of its second season and the fans are asking for more. Dr. Lecter, the cannibal serial killer, has been in a love-hate relationship with Beledia but the upcoming season shows that the bride has more to show than what she offers in the surface.

Dr. Lecter and Beledia are the usual couple you know as they have their friends over for dinner and even go out on classy dates but they can also pull a gun and threaten to murder each other. In the promotional video of Hannibal Season 3, Dr. Lecter said towards his wife, "You're optimistic I won't kill you." To which Beledia replied, "Not entirely."

The video also showed that the two invited a new guest to their home and ended up killing the guest after having dinner as Beledia fears for her safety. "Hannibal" will premiere this June 4.

The third season of the hit series will also be featuring other artists such as Zachary Quinto, Glenn Fleshler, Joe Anderson, Richard Armitage, Rutina Wesley, Nina Arianda, Raul Esparza, and Eddie Izzard.

Richard Armitage is one of the new cast members that fans are looking forward to. Armitage is a newbie to the horror and suspense thriller genre but his character is said to be as important as the main characters of "Hannibal."

Armitage said in a recent interview that the bar was high when he took the role but he wanted to work with Bryan Fuller, the producer of the show. He will be in six episode of the third season of "Hannibal."
